We will take you to the heart of the island of Tahiti. You will be able to see our beautiful mountains, waterfalls and natural pools. You will be able to enjoy a beautiful panorama while sitting in a new and very comfortable open-air 4x4 equipped with local music in the back. If the weather is nice we can swim in the natural pools and if it rains we can appreciate the multitude of waterfalls that the rain will offer us. Escape into the wild woods

Amazing tour for the whole day filled with the great drive, safari experience, stunning nature, waterfalls, coconut drinking, snack tasting and music beats! Friendly tour guide made our day unforgettable!!! Highly recommended to book in advance! One highlight was the ability to stand in the car (once off the public roads). It's a bit shaky in places, but was well worth it. There isn't a map in tour description. Please see the attached picture of the actual route (drawn on the car): the red line crossing the island from north to south is the actual tour. The car does follow the coast road to get there and back, but does not stop at any beaches.

Beautiful Views!

This is the perfect tour for nature lovers. We went on a rainy day and were able to see numerous waterfalls that only appear after a rainfall. The mountains were beautiful even with the rain and clouds. It is a long and bumpy ride but the view gets better around every turn. We had a very nice time.

Spectacular tour worth it!

Amazing tour through the mountains of Tahiti. Loved seeing all the beautiful scenery and waterfalls! Tour guides were so kind and funny and taught us great history of the island. Would 10/10 recommend!

A tour into the jungle :)

Vaitea was a really good tour guide. He spoke both French and English. He was very kind and happy all along the way, which made us really happy throughout the tour. We saw marvelous places!! This tour is a great way to experience the inner jungle of Tahiti in a convenient manner. But beware though, it doesn’t include lots of hiking, but still you’ll have to grab on tight because the ride does get bumpy :)

Beautiful ride

A wonderful way to view the wilder part of the island. It is a very bumpy ride and not for the faint of heart, but the scenery is beautiful and our guide was very knowledgeable. The Tahitian music added to the experience.

Unique Adventure

Thus tour exceeded our expectations. Itnwas a wonderful journey through the heart of Tahiti. Our Guide Rainui was amazing. He helped us to feel the "Mana" of Tahiti. Exolained all the plants, fruits and stories of the native people. The highlight was to swim in the river and relax surrounded by breathtaking views. Be aware that this tour is very long (~8 hours) and extremely rough. We are very adventurous and enjoyed it. Rainui is also a very safe driver. I am convinced that not everybody can drive safe on the tough off-road paths.
